THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for an additional fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-The guest rooms of the main house are Mediterranean-style bedrooms. To access the double and full bedrooms you must pass through the queen room and guest bathroom. Once on property, the double and twin bedrooms each have their own private entrance via large patio slider doors. Please note, to access the bathroom from the twin room, you must pass through the double room. 
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over north Ocean Beach. From south Ocean Beach, where this home is located, some airplane noise may be heard on occasion. This home is not directly under the usual flight path. Departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth the slight potential noise!
-There are security cameras facing towards the street and in to the entrance of the backyard. 
-This property consists of 3 units. Your home is the largest and closest to the ocean, the casita is an additional vacation rental, and the third, alley facing unit being permanently occupied. Only the detached laundry facilities are shared.  
-East sofa and dining table in the backyard are for exclusive use of the casita guests. The carport, west ocean front patio, west dining table, and spa are for your home's exclusive use.  
-This home, like most beach bungalows in the neighborhood, does not have AC. We have provided portable fans and, with the windows open, the ocean breeze cools the house nicely!

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING
There are two tandem parking spots in the driveway. Please note, this spot will hold 2 small to medium cars or potentially 1 oversized SUV / truck. There is also additional public street parking in the neighborhood. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
