-San Diego Airport flight path runs over north Ocean Beach. From south Ocean Beach, where this home is located, some airplane noise may be heard on occasion. -There are security cameras facing towards the street and in to the entrance of the backyard.
-This property consists of 3 units. Your home is the largest and closest to the ocean, the casita is an additional vacation rental, and the third, alley facing unit being permanently occupied. Only the detached laundry facilities are shared.
