-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for an additional fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels).
-Top Bunk meant for child only.
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!
-Semi-covered carport is very tight and is meant for compact vehicle only.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

There is currently a surprise plumbing job being done by the city, and we are actively trying to confirm the timeline of it. This does have the chance of negatively impacting access to parking until we learn more about their plans. On site, semi-covered Carport (83H X 85W x 358 L) meant for compact vehicles only. Please note, the approach will require a multi-point turn. There is limited additional street parking and parking lots a 4-5 block walk. Be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street. Please ensure you are comfortable with the home's parking situation prior to booking.
