THINGS TO KNOW
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for a fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. 
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-Home is directly on the boardwalk and thus subject to noise when patio doors, windows, and storm blinds are open. 
-Parking is located in the gated building shared garage across the alley. 

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING: 
There is one parking spot in a shared garage across the alley from unit. Height clearance is 6'6'. There is limited additional public street parking or public parking lots a 1-2 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
