Central AC keeps you cool year-round, while a private outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach a breeze. The ground-floor patio offers comfortable seating, a grill, and a fire pit — ideal for evening gatherings under the stars.

Whether you’re strolling to the ocean, biking along the boardwalk, or enjoying the vibrant local dining scene, this home puts you in the heart of the best Mission Beach has to offer.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
• Bedroom 1 (2nd Floor) – King bed (Sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor) – Queen bed (Sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 3 – Two twin beds (Sleeps 2)
• Total guest capacity: Sleeps 6 adults max

THINGS TO KNOW
• Beach Gear: Basic beach chairs and towels provided.
• Dog-friendly: 1 non-shedding dog (under 25 lbs) allowed with fee; must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other pets without Coast approval.
• Locked partition door at top of staircase leads to upper Beach Duplex 2 unit — please be mindful of neighbors.
• Located under the San Diego Airport flight path; airplane noise possible (no flights 11:30 PM – 6:30 AM).

• 2-car tandem garage – approx. 384” D x 93” W x 74” H
• Entry requires a sharp reversing angle
• Limited street parking or island parking lots (4–5 block walk) available; follow posted signage

PET POLICY
• 1 non-shedding well-trained dog under 25 lbs allowed with fee. Must be kenneled if left alone. No other pets without Coast approval.

SUITABILITY
• Ideal For: Families, couples, small groups
• Child-Friendly: Welcoming for children (please supervise young ones)
• Primary renter must be 25+ years old
• Exterior security camera & decibel meters
• Guest must sign an e-sign agreement w/ Coast's terms and conditions
• ID and credit card verification required
• No Smoking anywhere on property, including exterior areas
• No events or over occupancy
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Guest Policy: Only registered guests may stay overnight; maximum occupancy must be followed
• Safety: Guests should supervise children, especially near outdoor areas and stairs
• Housekeeping: Excessive mess may incur additional fees
• Check-In/Check-Out: Self check-in after 4 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out may be accommodated upon request but may include a fee
