Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the west-facing balcony while you dine.
The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a large island, and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. In the evening, gather around the gas fire-pit for conversations, and take advantage of the posh living area that features multiple sitting areas and a large flatscreen TV. With a seamless flow from the pool deck, there is no better place to rest, recharge, and soak in the best of Solana Beach.
This vacation rental is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups, and the rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. There is free WiFi and cable, a full kitchen, and a carport with a Tesla 220v electric car charger. The office space provides an extra sleeping option with a queen sofa bed. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and pets are not allowed.

PARKING NOTES
To park in the driveway, use the keypad to enter the code and the gate will open. It will close automatically after a brief period. To exit, simply drive up to the gate, and the weight of the vehicle will trigger it to open. If parking on the street, use the walk-up gate keypad to enter the code and turn the dial to the right. To lock the gate behind you, turn the dial on the inside of the gate to the right.
48 hour notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD $100 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Please note that a 3 night minimum is required for pool heating. Guests may contact Coast Vacation Homes after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Thank you!
